I saw this in the news today, where Steve "Monkeyboy" Ballmer makes this interesting comment:
Linux "uses our intellectual property" and Microsoft wanted to "get the appropriate economic return for our shareholders from our innovation."
Notice that the sentence doesn't really say anything, it's just to spread FUD. Personally I'd like to see them actually go to court over this. The litigation bloodbath won't be easy on Microsoft (although it also painful for the poor people on the receiving end of the sweaty gorilla's wrath).
I'm fairly sick of this fat buffoon and all of his mindless drooling sheep acolytes. Saruman says "Put your money where your mouth is, or else put a sock in it monkeyboy".
